And before you start to think that makes me weird, hear me out--I think this may actually help you to trust me in my work.

If you're an Upstate New Yorker and you don't know the Goo Goo Dolls, I would be glad to help correct that šŸ™ƒ The Goos and I were both born in Buffalo in 1986, and I fell in love with their music when I was 10 years old. Since then, I have seen them play live 32 times. Besides the fact that I am a huge fan, what else can this tell you about me as a person?

šŸ‘‰šŸ» First of all, I'm, fiercely loyal.

šŸ‘‰šŸ» When I love something, I'm all in. There is very little in life that I'm casually enthusiastic about. Know what else I love? Photography. And therapy.

šŸ‘‰šŸ» When I connect with something on an emotional level, I really connect. I haven't been listening to the same song for the past 30 years for no reason 😜

Which leads me to..."Name." If you need a refresher, here you go:

"And even though the moment passed me by, I still can't turn away."

Ever been stuck in a place that felt hard to get past? I sure have.

"Scars are souvenirs you never lose, the past is never far. Did you lose yourself somewhere out there? Did you get to be a star? Don't it make you sad to know that life is more than who we are?"

Ever find yourself feeling really sad about a situation beyond your control? Ever been lost? Yep, me too.

But have you also found things that bring you joy, that give you hope, that help you get through the harder times? Same.

"You could hide beside me, maybe for a while, and I won't tell no one your name."

Your stories are safe with me ā¤ļø
